Last month, we talked about and discussed the importance of values and how to live life consciously. We had a great time with wonderful discussion, connection, food, and people.
This month, we will check in on our progress of trying to be more mindful of our schedules and living life by our values. Did you feel less motivated by anxiety and guilt? Did the change become something you decided was too difficult to try? Or maybe you let it overwhelm you to point of it causing more anxiety? Let’s discuss….

We will start our session off with a nice yoga flow for a little physical detox and refreshing. (don’t worry! no experience is necessary and all sessions are perfect for those with low mobility/flexibility or beginners)
After a nice gentle stretch, we will discuss the accomplishments and issues we have had with implementing our values consistently. Don’t worry if you missed last month! These sessions are flexible, easy to catch on to, and everyone is welcome!
We will end with a Yoga Nidra meditation and a short journaling session.
As always, the women’s circle is free and refreshments will be provided.
