Using her knowledge and experience in multiple modalities, Melissa creates individualized massage sessions for each client based on their specific needs. Melissa is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping, and Hot Stone Massage therapies. Passionate about sports massage, she offers therapeutic services such as leg and pelvic release work, trigger point and neck and shoulder stretching, as well as Cold Stone Massage for those with migraines and/or TMJ issues.

As a Reiki practitioner, Melissa helps to relieve stress and promote deep healing through hands-on meditation. Although Reiki can stand on its own, it is also a powerful tool when used in conjunction with massage therapy.

Melissa also offers in-studio facials and hopes to add body wraps and other treatments in the near future.
