When dealing with stress, hormonal issues, mental health, or chronic illness, lifestyle change is always the best, yet most difficult step to take in making changes for the better. Our holistic health program offers personalized programs to help our clients navigate these difficult changes.
Our Services
Awakening Session
Awakening Sessions are the best first step to take in starting your new health journey. These sessions are a great opportunity for you to talk freely about your concerns.
These sessions are consultations that allow you and your coach to make sure the relationship will be beneficial to you.
These sessions are the foundation for establishing expectations and the design of your very own personalized coaching program.
Coaching Sessions
Regular coaching sessions consist of weekly check-ins, twice-monthly sessions, and an updated online client profile for session notes, homework, and goal progression.
We provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where the coach guides the process of discovery, while the client remains in the driver’s seat. We DO NOT prescribe medication, sell supplements or provide medical advice or counseling.
We discuss all relevant issues, and we empower our clients to take charge of their own plans. We are the guides collaborating with clients to find their pathway to a healthier life.
We offer individual coaching face-to-face and virtual (Zoom)
Each program will vary in length depending on the client, but will usually last between one and six months with the option for extension.
Our Process
Awaken’s Holistic Health program utilizes yoga, aromatherapy, breathwork, and diet to help create a plan that works specifically for you. You may also be referred for nutrition, massage therapy, herbalism, or personal training if needed/requested.
